PRIVACY POLICY
At Port of Houston Credit Union, our mission is to meet the needs
and desires of our members. As we are entrusted with sensitive financial
information, we respect the privacy of our members and are committed
to treating member information responsibly. Our member
information privacy policy serves as a standard for all credit union
employees for collection, use, retention, and security of individual
member information.
It is the credit union’s policy not to reveal specific personal
information about your accounts or other personally identifiable data
to parties outside the credit union organization for their
independent use unless; 1) you request or authorize, in writing; 2)
the information is provided to help complete a transaction initiated
by you; 3) the information is provided to reputable credit bureau or
similar information reporting agency; 4)the disclosure otherwise is
lawfully permitted or required by law (e.g., subpoena, investigation
of fraudulent activity, requested by regulators, etc); We do
not provide account information to any third party companies for the
purpose of independent telemarketing or direct mail marketing.

NOTICE
This credit union
is incorporated under the laws of the State of Texas and under state law
is subject to regulatory oversight by the Texas Credit Union Department.
If you have a dispute with Port of Houston Credit Union you should
contact the credit union. If the dispute is not resolved to your
satisfaction, you may file a complaint against the credit union by
contacting the Texas Credit Union Department through one of the means
